At Haircade, we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that all items are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of our products, all items sold on our website are non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Sale items and gift cards

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

 

Exchanges:

If you would like a different product, the fastest way to receive a new item is to make a separate purchase for the new product. As all items are non-returnable, exchanges cannot be processed through the same transaction.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

Please note, for shipments within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, all items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds:

Since we do not accept returns, we will not be able to issue refunds unless the item is defective, damaged, or there was an error in the order. If the return is approved under these circumstances, we will notify you once the refund is processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
