  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • Custom or pre-order items may take 7–14 business days before shipping.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery:

    • Delivery Time (International): 5–10 business days

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

5. Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Track your package here or via the carrier’s website.

6. Customs & Duties

  • International orders may incur customs fees. These are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We declare the full order value; we cannot mark shipments as "gifts."

7. Address Accuracy

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct. We’re not responsible for lost/misdelivered orders due to errors.

  • To change an address, contact us within 1 hour of ordering.

8. Damaged/Lost Packages

  • Damaged items? Email us at Hello@haircade.ae with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Lost in transit? We’ll investigate with the carrier and reship or refund as needed.
