1. Shipping Within the UAE

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping Fee: AED 30.
  • Courier Service: We partner with reliable UAE-based couriers for fast and secure delivery.

 

2. GCC & International Shipping

  • GCC Countries: 3–7 business days.
  • International: 5–10 business days (depending on destination).
  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country.

 

3. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can also track your order via your Haircade account or by contacting our support team.

 

5. Delivery Issues

If you experience delays or issues with your delivery:

6. Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing the order.

If a delivery is missed or returned due to incorrect address, a re-delivery fee may apply.
